Buriano, a small medieval village dominated by the ruins of an old castle is situated on a tophill facing Vetulonia (where etruscan remains and a museum are to be seen). In Buriano the Roman Church is worth a visit.From this village only 15 min. away from the seaside there´s a lovely view across the landscape. A restaurant offering traditional cuisine and some shops are in the village.
