Description
Situated on a hilltop with a magnificent view 2 km away from Roccastrada, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves it is a tasteful completely renewed medieval little walled hamlet ( 11 th century) in a silence spot. Postal office, bank, grocers shop and pizzeria restaurants are in the village. The nearest seaside resort with sand beaches is 40 km, a lake 28 km and the river Farma 14 km away.
House structure
3 roomed house, 80 m²: large kitchen/dining room ( 50 m² ), pull out double bed, open fireplace, 1 double bedroom , 1 twin bedded room, bathroom/shower.
