Description
Lovely farmhouse with typical natural stone facade set on a peaceful small hill just off Ribolla. It lies amidst a large well cared-for wonderful property with a nice view across typical Tuscan Maremma landscape: fields, meadows, olive groves and hilly woodland. Ideal starting point for walking and cycling. Ribolla is 3 km away, lake Accesa 11 km and the sea 22 km. Nearby lies RA 4 (circa. 30m)
To a part of the house is attached another one roomed-house (100 m²) with sofas and fireplace, it can be used.
House structure
4-roomed house, 120 m², ground floor: kitchen/living room with fireplace, bathroom/shower. 1st floor: 2 double bedroom with another twin bedded room off.
