Parking area ca 50 m from the house. At your arrival you can drive until outside the house to unload your luggage, and could even find a parking place on the road just few meters away.

Description
The medieval tower "Guascone" erected in the 10th century, lies situated in a tranquil position along the picturesque city walls. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view across hilltops to the lowland of the Maremma. The property is on a private area surrounded by a garden and olive trees. There’s no through traffic, the road is used just by residents. In the village you can find grocer’s shop, a pizzeria and two restaurants with terrace. The sand beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia are 25 km away, Grosseto just 15 km away.
House structure
4-roomed apt. in a tower, 64 m², on the ground floor: kitchen/living room, small double bedroom, bathroom/shower. The upper floors are to be reached through a winding staircase. 1st floor: living room and fireplace. 2nd floor: double bedroom (mattress.180x190 cm). The arch shaped windows are made of a special privacy protecting glass.
