Description
This semi-detached house lies in a sunny and very peaceful location, at the feet of a hill on which is situated the medieval village Gavorrano. From here you can enjoy beautiful views across the land to the sea. The property is on a fenced area which is surrounded by typical landscape of olive groves, meadows, fields and vineyards. In the back of the house (as shown in the picture) there’s another holiday house, which is separated by a screen and a hedgerow. There are no other houses in the neighbors.
The nearest seaside resort is Follonica, 15 km away, the “Accesa” lake 12 km, and the charming Massa Marittima 20 km. You can find all kind of shops, postal office, bank, indoor swimming pool and restaurants in the village Bagno di Gavorrano, at only 1 km.
During summer you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy concerts, ballets and other events in the "Teatro delle Rocce", an open air theatre located in a former quarry.
