Description
The beautifully restored land house, formerly a farm-house, lies in the Maremma plain nearby the villages Buriano and Braccagni. The estate, recently restored, lies in a quiet location far from any noises and surrounded by fields and olive groves. Large lawn, equipped with tables and chairs, barbecue for each apartment. Very large roofed space with sofas, table tennis, table football. Four more apartments are in the house.
Postal office, bank, bakery, grocer´s shop and restaurants are at 5 km in Braccagni, Buriano is 8 km away. Castiglione della Pescaia, a picturesque lively seaside resort with beautiful sand beaches is just 18 km away.
