Each house has its own furnished private area under an old oak tree. Barbecue.

Description
This lovely restored stone-house, with a pool since 2009, is situated in a tranquil position 2.8 km below Roccatederighi with fantastic view overlooking the countryside up to the sea. It is surrounded by cork-trees and typical landscape of olives and vineyards. At a distance of 20 m. lies the object R4, with this exception there are no other houses in the neighbours. Postal office, bank, grocer´s shop and pizzeria restaurants are in the village. The nearest seaside resort with sand beaches are 35-45 km away in Follonica and Castiglione della Pescaia. The Accesa lake is 25 km and the river `Farma´ 18 km away.
House structure
3 roomed house, 40 m², on the ground floor: living room/kitchen with fireplace, double bedroom and spiral staircase to the 1st floor: bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom/shower.
