Description
This country house built in rustic style, is situated in a quiet and isolated position at a distance of 1,5 km from Roccastrada. Well looked after property with lawn and a wide free space, surrounded by olive groves and fields. Fantastic view on the Maremma and its hills, across the plain to the sea. In the near village of Roccastrada you can find all shops, bank, postal office, pizzerias and restaurants with terrace. The nearest sand beaches are in Follonica and in Castiglione della Pescaia, ca 40-45 km away. The Accesa Lake is at 28 km of distance, the river Farma at 14 km.
